Born into the royal family of the Late His Royal Majesty, Oba S. T. A. Odukoya, the Omola of Odomola Kingdom, Prince Odukoya has upheld the values of honor, responsibility, and service that define true leadership. Through hard work, discipline, and commitment to professional excellence, he has carved out a distinguished career spanning more than twenty-five years within Nigeria's banking and financial services industry.

His professional journey includes successful tenures with some of Nigeria's leading financial institutions, including Ecobank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc, and Polaris Bank, where he rose to senior management positions and earned the respect of colleagues and industry stakeholders alike.

In recognition of his vast experience and exceptional leadership qualities, he was appointed as the Director of Finance and Accounts at the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) in December 2023. Since assuming office, he has continued to contribute significantly to the financial management and administrative excellence of one of Nigeria's most strategic regulatory agencies.

Prince Odukoya's educational background further reflects his passion for continuous learning and professional development. He attended Children Home School, Molete, Ibadan, and later Ijebu-Ode Grammar School before proceeding to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he earned a degree in Economics. He subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and a Master's Degree in International Trade and Development from the University of Port Harcourt.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, he has participated in several prestigious executive programmes, including the High Potential Leadership Programme, Programme for Leadership Development, and Leading Global Businesses at Harvard Business School. He also attended Negotiation Strategies for Managers at the renowned Kellogg School of Management. Today, he proudly stands as an alumnus of Harvard Business School (PLD23), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Economist of Nigeria, and an Associate of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Prince Odukoya is known for his humility, wisdom, approachable nature, and commitment to fostering meaningful relationships. Whether in the boardroom, among colleagues, or within social circles, he remains a shining example of integrity and excellence.
